Here’s another picture up on Artfinder! This was created during the Patti Mollica colour course. Click to view more info.
I went for a walk with one of my bestfriends last week and we took some pictures of her sweet boy. It is so hard to shoot in the forest, I forget how difficult it is to manage the light. Here are some of my faves.
It must be the season for mushrooms – we saw lots of them and I took a few pictures. I’ll have to go back when the leaves have turned and started falling, it was still very green!
I recently had the privilege of photographing a good friend’s newborn – she is absolutely gorgeous and I wanted to try and create some traditional newborn shots with cuddly toys and soft blankets. I have shared some of my favourite photos in this gallery. Here is sweet Sophia:
I have also added a recent piece to Artfinder and the painting gallery. This was a lovely, whimsical painting of cherry blossom. I wanted to create a serene, soft atmosphere and it’s a relatively large canvas for me. This could be a real statement in the right spot!
Here is the artwork I produced for the show tickets:
The theme for the aerial silks show was Good vs. Evil and the costumes were painted in acrylics on fabric (it worked surprisingly well onto black lycra, although during stunts the friction meant some of the paint transferred onto the silks). Heidi Dowie and I came up with a nature inspired design between us, much of it being done off the cuff straight onto the fabric! More pics coming soon of the costumes!
